Midwestern born and raised, Susan moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1991 and obtained her Real Estate license and used it to Manage Luxury Apartment homes. Realizing it would "never pay the rent," she became a residential REALTOR®, specializing with first time home buyers, and quickly became a "top producer." In 2001, the call of the corporate world wooed Susan into the position of Sales for the Title & Escrow team she had used as a REALTOR®. Now, a decade later, she continues to help real estate professionals succeed.
"Customer Service Susan" is a term coined by long-time friends of Susan's to describe how she conducts herself with Customers. Basically, Susan subscribes to the philosophy that these are the Rules:
# 1. The Customer is always right
# 2. If the Customer is wrong, refer to # 1.
Some call it "old school," Susan calls it "effective."
