Susan found her passion for Customer Service in 1985 at her first job as a food server in a Midwestern diner. She did not know it at the time, but that job would forever alter the direction of her life. By shadowing a few "career" waitresses, she learned the art of reading people quickly and providing the type of experience they each prefer. Great tips were instant gratification, but the lifetime reward was learning how to manage the customer, patron or client.

The summer after college, Susan moved to Phoenix, Arizona and obtained her Real Estate License. New to the area and having never purchased a home herself, being a Realtor® did not seem a viable option. So she used her License to lease, and eventually manage, Luxury Apartment Homes. During those 5 years she further polished her skills in the Art of Customer Service.

Susan loved her Residents, staff and beautiful property, but in the interest of better earning potential, she left to pursue a Real Estate career and soon became a "Top Producing" Residential Realtor®, specializing with First Time Home Buyers. She enjoyed educating Buyers and walking them through the process of purchasing their first home. Her efforts were rewarded by prospering through repeat client and referral business (no more advertising!) in her 3rd year of business.

In 2001, Susan was asked by her preferred Escrow Officer to be the Business Developer for her Southeast Valley branch. Having closed over 60 transactions with that Escrow Office, Susan had first hand experience as a client. Hard work and a true passion for delivering outstanding customer service made Susan the company's Top Performing Business Developer; consistently earning the monthly "Most New Business" award. In 2003, Susan was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, which gave her the creative license to conceptualize many innovative ways to market to the company's target audiences, including a daily email called "NATnews," in 2004, which that company uses to this day. She assembled and mentored a top notch Sales and Marketing team to implement these concepts with great success. The company was voted #1 in Arizona's Business Magazine's "Ranking Arizona" the last two years she held the VP position.

In August of 2009, Susan joined a new direct selling company, Touchstone Crystal, Member of the SWAROVSKI Group, and in December of that same year was named one of 16 Founding Leaders of the organization for outstanding achievement in Sales and Team Building.

In May 2010, Susan re-entered the Title & Escrow industry as Business Development Manager. Since then, she has spent much of her time training Realtors® on topics like Facebook®, FlexMLS, Outlook, QR Codes, Farming and other timely topics. She also provides private Marketing Strategy Sessions to Realtors® and Lenders to help them grow their businesses.
